James Lavelle from UNKLE just setup his own blog. Pretty interesting to read about progress on the new UNKLE album. I think this is a better example of what Massive Attack should be doing with their blog. Make D's posts a bit more personal and allow comments. According to the blog too, D and Lavelle are off this weekend to Napoli.

according to the unkle-blog on www.unkle77.com the new album is finished and it'll be released in march. it's called Where Did The Night Fall. no news about another 3D collaboration, but we got the mighty Mark Lanegan. according to Pablo Clements, it's definitely not War Stories 2 less guitars, more grooves instead.

This reminds me how I embarrassed myself in front of Lavelle at the Hammersmith aftershow by not realizing who he was when I just started randomly chatting away to him He was wearing a long trenchcoat and thick glasses and I was a bit tipsy with drink. Anyway I can't wait to hear what he's cooked up for us to hear.
